Tic Tac Toon is the only animation software which scans, cleans, aligns and vectorizes drawings all in one single automatic process, requiring only 35 seconds per image. Regardless of the state or complexity of the original drawings, Tic Tac Toon is able to maintain the highest quality of the original line, even for 35mm film resolution, avoiding the "stair steps effects" and "pixel effects". This is due to our resolution independent and easily alterable environment. Tic Tac Toon is designed to work with an auto-feed scanner, allowing up to 50 drawings to be scanned in a single multi-tasking background operation. An entire level of animation can then be transported into an exposure sheet in a single manipulation. Tic Tac Toon is the ideal software to integrate animation, developed in traditional manner, into the digital domain.
The Tic Tac Toon backgrounds and overlays can be painted in the traditional manner and scanned into the system, or created directly on the computer. The software allows for the integration of bitmapped and vectorial techniques, while maintaining the highest possible quality.
