sensitive cord-less pen using a unique brush customizing capability.
Texturing, watercolor, wash color, transparency,

pointed brush, flat tones, gouache, neon,
glows, backlite and more are all techniques and effects which
can be customized and saved as preset brushes with our unique brush editor.
Tic Tac Toon also permits the mixing of live video images with animation,
