  Linking:
Linking is done by invoking the Linker portion of the Database Composer
and identifying the menu link control file. The menu link control
file contains parameters such as the database name, credits, menu names
with menu items along with their file names. When linking is finished,
you will have a Hypertext Database with an extension of .EH. This
new Hypertext Database can then be accessed by the Expert Help Engine.
