Welcome to PalmTime, you will find, on our website, software made by Fred Bouvry, Chris Morency and Simon Quinn. PalmTime development is currently oriented toward the EPOC OS (PsionS5 and Geofox1) and WindowsCE OS.

Inform v6.21 for Epoc has just been released by Simon Quinn for EPOC platform. We would appreciate user's feedback regarding Inform v6.21 for Epoc on the Osaris platform.

FrotzS5 v1.5 has been updated once again by Simon Quinn and is now compatible with Revo and PsionS7. We would appreciate user's feedback regarding FrotzS5 on the Osaris platform.

Changes for version 1.5 by Simon Quinn :

  • Memory usage decreased by 2/3. To do this the number of Frotz undo buffers was reduced from 25 to 2, saving 900Kbytes!

  • Rewrote screen display code for big performance boost.

  • Cursor keys now work in Journey & Beyond Zork.

  • Fixed key timer problem that was causing Arthur to crash.

  • Fixed border graphics in Beyond Zork etc.

  • Toolbar buttons tidied up for larger screens.

  • FrotzS5 Runtime for the Wins Emulator released.

Pyramid v1.2 has been updated by Simon Quinn, a new member in the Palmtime family, and is now compatible with Revo and PsionS7. We would appreciate user's feedback regarding FrotzS5 on the Osaris platform.

MiS5ile Defense v2.01 officially released.

We are currently thinking about porting all of Palmtime' Software to the Revo and Osaris. Here are the estimated release date for these ports, understand that we are pretty busy these days with other professional and personal projects.

  • MiS5ile Defense v3.0 and EPOC Arcade Pack : January 2K

  • NewtKEmu v2.0 : January 2K

  • RPGDice v3.0 : January 2K

  • Today v3.0 : January 2K

Psion S5mx compatibility issues : PocketChess, FrotzS5 and Pyramid have been reported as being compatible with the Psion S5mx.

MiS5ile Defense v2.01 : This new version features a delay engine for faster EPOC devices like the 5MX ! MiS5ile Defense version 2.01 is no longer limited to the first 7 levels in the unregistered version, but please keep registering.

RPGDice version 2.0 now features support for the Babylon5, Gurps, Fudge, Starwars, Storyteller RPGs, standard statistical distribution, macro keys, tiller tape and session files.
