Split/Merge
Ctrl+F10
This command splits a file into a number of segments. The same
command merges the segments into a file.
Splitting a file
You can specify the size of the segments - when you press
Enter the number of segments is automatically calculated.
Alternatively, you can specify the number of segments, and the
size of each segment is automatically calculated.
Check the Delete file after split option to specify that the
original file is deleted when the segments are created.
Merging files
Select the files you want to merge and press Ctrl+F10.
Specify the path and a filename for your new file. The
default is the name of the split files without an extension.
Check the Delete Split segments after merge option to specify
that the segments are deleted when the new file is created.
