Make Directory

 Use this command allows you to create a directory.

 The new directory is a subdirectory of the current directory
 unless you specify a full path name or another drive letter.

   Notes:
     .  This command updates the treeinfo.ncd file.

     .  Directory names can be up to 8 characters long, and
        can have an extension up to 3 characters long.
