F3, Shift+F3

 This command displays the contents of a file on the screen.
 The view screen is covers the whole screen, to view a file
 within a panel, select Quick view from the Left or Right menu.

 The Commander can display a number of popular database,
 spreadsheet, word processor and graphics files. See the manual
 for more details.

   Note:
     .  In general, you can use the cursor, PgUp, PgDn, Home,
        and End keys to move through files.  In addition, you
        can use the gray + and - keys on the numeric keypad to
        change fields in the database views.

     .  Pressing Shift + F3, or holding down the Shift key as
        you select this menu item allows you to specify the name
        of the file you want to view:
