User menu

 This command displays the User menu. If you have not defined
 commands for the menu, it is blank.
 Choose a command from the User menu by double clicking with
 the mouse, pressing Enter on a highlighted command, or
 pressing the command hot key.

 You create and modify user menus using the Menu file edit
 command from the Commands menu.
