The scientist opens some doors for you and uploads a new data log to your PDA; have a read. Now return to the room with the locked doors, kill the revenant and commando zombie, then enter the door marked 'Sector 2'. Now take out the imp and go through the next door.

Another imp tries to jump you, so nail it. Head left and kill the commando zombie. Now backtrack and then make your way along the other route. Kill the imp and move to the other end of the corridor. Have a look at what's inside the containment cells.
