Send to Conference

To send a new message to a conference:

  1. Open the conference you wish to send to by either
    • Highlighting the conference and from the menubar select File> Open> Open Selected or
    • Double-clicking on the conference icon to open it
  2. Select Message> New Message from the menu bar, alternatively click the New Message icon New Message (Ctrl+N) on the toolbar
    • The new conference message will have been automatically pre-addressed to the conference
  3. Add an appropriate subject title to your message
  4. From the Menu toolbar select Message> Send and Close or click the Send and Close icon Send and Close (Ctrl+Shift+E)

Your message will appear in the conference with a red flag next to it
