You can choose a background image for your web page or change the background color. Keep in mind an image should not be too large as this will increase the time visitors wait for your page to download.
This is the name of the image to be selected as the background image for the current page. You must enter both the name of the file and its extension (eg. mypicture.gif) and also where it is located on your computer (eg. C:\IMAGES\mypicture.gif).
The easiest way to select an image is to click on the Browse button and select the image you want from within the windows dialog box. Once an image has been selected it will appear in the window. If you decide not to use the image click on Remove Image button or the Browse button to select a new image.
This will set the background for all the existing pages to your current background selection. However any new pages created will appear with the default setting.
Sets the currently selected background appearance as the default. Every time you create a new page it will automatically appear with this background. If you use a background image or color across multiple pages or projects this option saves you from having to reselect the same thing in every document or on every new page.
This option allows you to choose a background color for your page. Choosing a simple solid color here can often be just as striking as a more complex and slower-loading background image.
This option will remove the background image from the current page.
