 Return length of Year

   Function:   XPyearLen()

   Syntax:     XPyearLen([dVar]) --> nDays

   Arguments:  dVar is a date, defaults to date() (ie. today).

   Returns:    The length of the Year in days.

   Usage:      XPyearLen(XPstod('19920214')) --> 366
