You may specify certain preferences for Contact mode from the Preferences dialog box. This dialog box lets you specify Name Styles, Vocabulary used within Contact mode, preferences for auto dialling, options for when dragging and dropping companies and contacts onto contact groups and also options for setting up an auto dialling modem. To display the Preferences dialog box, select Preferences from the Options menu.
