Text
Draws a Text Object.
To draw a Text Object
| 1. | Select the Text tool
|
| 2. | Position the mouse cursor where you wish to place the text
|
| 3. | Press the left mouse button. The word "Text" will be inserted into the Movie
|
| 4. | Alter the text, font size, color, Object type, etc. in the Text Panel
|
|

| · | Initially the Text Object type is Static. The text box will automatically resize itself to contain the text that is typed into the 'Text' Panel
|
| · | Static text without margins only allows the tool options Scale and Rotate. Dragging the text box by the handles while in 'Scale' mode will stretch the text within the text box as opposed to resize the text box
|
| · | The 'Has Margins' button in the Text Panel can be used to enable margins for the Text Object. Margins are automatically enabled for Dynamic and Input Text Objects. If margins are enabled, the text box will display additional handles when selected
