The HTML Text Editor

The HTML text editor has been inserted in order to ensure total control of the HTML file for the users of VAC.

Cutting, copying and pasting in the text editor is done by selecting the respective operations in the Edit menu or selecting text and pressing CTRL-X, CTRL-C and CTRL-V respectively or by entering the Edit menu.

The code in the text editor will always be parsed before editing configuration dialogs, inserting applets and different kinds of saving and loading operations.

By pressing the "Run in browser" button, the VAC will save the HTML file and launch the configured browser with the file.

The file will also be checked for dependencies. This is to ensure that all the sound and image files that you have specified in the configuration or written into the text editor are present in the project path (where the HTML file is saved).
