A 'NegaKid' is a bank account or trust to which would-be parents - who never became parents - contribute the money they would have spent on a child if they had parented her or him - which account could be a tax-free account rather like an independent retirement account for the future personal benefit of the couple.

Or the NegaKid account might be a couple's contribution to a social insurance or mutual retirement benefits fund.

Or the NegaKid account might be sponsored by population and environmental organisations to attract money to be used for population and environment-related activist, political and educational activities.
