Micro-libraries at railway stations

Adapted extract from an item entitled 'Borrowed time' in The Economist (Dec 10th '94) monitored for the Institute by Roger Knights.

A report, by KPMG Peat Marwick and Capital Information, proposes opening mini- or micro-libraries in railway stations and airports. People who borrowed books would notch them up on a library 'credit card'.
