'Some dogs may soon carry cellular phones'

For a $25 monthly donation, joggers can book a dog to run with them from Project Safe Run - which operates a pack of 42 dogs in California, Washington and Western Canada. Each dog comes equipped with a special pack to carry keys, money and a pooper-scooper; and some may soon carry cellular phones.
