Low on videomem probably. Happens here aswell.

Thats really a hardware problem, there must be a loose connection
somewhere, I remember having the same problem a while ago, problem went
away when I got a new A1200 motherboard. But, can you try to stabelize the
ppc board? Just some tape and cardboard should do the trick, check your
cabling aswell, especially all those power-trick-cables.
