They come as either 1M or 2M, the latter's only advantage is more bit-depths
on the higher resolutions. 1M is quite sufficient since the card uses a
page-swapping technique to move non-displayed screens to fast-ram, quickly
swapping them back as needed. It's an outstanding card IMO, even with the
lack of 3D support.
