They are AFAIK. 2MB video ram and no 3D support.

CyberVision64 4Mb video ram
CyberVision643D 4Mb video ram 3D capable
PicassoIV 4MB video ram and no 3D support
CyberVisionNG 32Mb video ram and 3D I think. (isn't shipping yet and only
works with their G4 card i believe)

Both. In fact CGX v3 ships with it.

PicassoIV has it builtin i think, and maybe the Spectrum. The CyberVisions
dont have it built-in but you can buy seperately i think.

Not all 17" or multisync support native Amiga 15khz screenmodes.

Ooooooooooooooooh you haven't seen the Amiga shine until you get a graphics
card and 16 or 24bit screens :)
