This 'Spectrum' card may be the one to get. Hopefully it's still
being manufactured.. (this seems to be a huge problem with just
about everything these days ): )
Someone privately mailed me about:
CyberVision64, CyberVision64/3D, PicassoIV
On the Software Hut homepage I've seen the Cybervision 64/3D
listed for $265.. (I remember reading somewhere that it has
32M on it?)
Now, the Cybervision 64/3d seems like it may be the better choice,
but haven't seen any info about it on the Phase5 homepage(is/was it
made by P5?). Will this card work with all the 'CGX/Picasso'
'driver software' or does it have it's own 'driver'?

This is another concern since I want to try and get 'the latest
and greatest' gfx card. I remember reading about an A4000d video
slot but which is it, the bottom-most slot? (just when I need it
the most, I can't seem to find my A4000 manual. ;-)

Do gfx cards ALWAYS have a 'pass-thru' for the boot-screen??
I ask because I just got a new 17" multisync monitor, and to my
surprise, it automatically supports the Amiga boot-screen 'mode'!! ;)
So I want to make sure that the gfx card I get _*CAN*_ simply treat
the boot menu normally.
(I also always have had the motherboard jumpered for PAL, BTW)
SOON I may be able to browse in FULL color for a change!! =))
(Right now, my browsers are set to 8 colors, with others set
to a measly 4 colors. Any more than that causes SEVERE slow-downs.)
thanks again,
