Windows NT Workstation 4.0 SP 3.0

Recommendation: Install Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4 or later and optional components. Install the appropriate updates for Internet Explorer and Outlook Express.

Microsoft recommends that customers who elect to remain on Service Pack 3 install the Windows NT Workstation 4.0 Post Service Pack 3 Year 2000 Update.

Date handling: Dates are stored and manipulated as full dates. Dates are integral to the product's operation. The system clock is used for current date and time data.

Dates are displayed in two-digit and four-digit year formats, using the short and long date formats specified in Control Panel Regional Settings.
