PROJ2ACC.DLL by copying the Engprj2a.exe to your Windows System
directory.
Open the Windows System directory and click
the file name. On the File menu, click run, then click OK. You
may get the message: Warning! PROJ2ACC.DLL already exists.
Overwrite (y/n)? Type "y" (without quotation marks) and click
OK to complete the installation.
