Outlook 2000 - 32-Bit
Windows
Recommendation: No action necessary.
Date
handling: When two-digit shortcuts are entered on
Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0 operating systems, shortcuts
between 00 and 29 are interpreted to be between 2000 and 2029
and shortcuts between 30 and 99 are interpreted to be between
1930 and 1999.
On the Windows 98 operating system,
Outlook respects the year range setting specified by the user
on the Date tab in Regional Settings. Outlook interprets
two-digit year entries as a year in the specified range.
Birthdays and Anniversaries use a window that includes
95 years back and 5 years forward from the current date. The
Inbox Assistant and Out of Office Assistant's Advanced rule
settings use the range of 1980-2079; and the Import/Export
Wizard operates through the year 2035.
