Use Gaussian Blur

To use Gaussian Blur:

Select the picture or object you want to adjust.

On the Touchup menu, click Gaussian Blur.

To increase the blur, drag the sliderA control that sets values by sliding a marker to the left or the right..

Click Done.
Tip
To make minor adjustments to the blur, click the up and down arrows or type a value for the blur and press ENTER.
