To duplicate a picture:

Select the picture you want to duplicate.

On the Edit menu, click Duplicate Whole Picture.
To duplicate an object:

Select the object you want to duplicate.

On the Edit menu, click Duplicate.
Note
Because the duplicate of an object appears directly over the original, the duplication may not be apparent. Move the duplicate object to see it better.
Tip
To select multiple objects, press CTRL, and then select the objects you want.
