other_redraw

 This function redraws the entire screen. It is useful when some other
 program, possibly a TSR in DOS, corrupts the screen in some way.

 NOTE:

 In UNIX and other environments, this function is particularly useful
 in repairing screen damage due to line noise, and when someone does
 a direct write to your terminal!
