setup_insert

 Toggles the insert/overtype flag of the current buffer.

 When text is typed at the keyboard it is either inserted or overtyped over
 the existing text. The status of this flag is displayed at the top right
 hand corner of the screen.

 Initially a buffers insert mode flag is determined from its language
 definition. However this call allows it to be subsequently modified.
