Several Windows-based applications, including the Windows CD Player, use the cdplayer.ini file to store CD information. SIREN looks in this file for CD information if it is not found in the SIREN music database. When you add information manually or obtain it from CDDB, it can be saved to this file, and is then available to other applications, as well as SIREN.
To save CD info to the cdplayer.ini file, choose CD Info, followed by Save to CDPLAYER.INI Now from the File menu.
