Internet Media Tab

SIREN can help you download media from the Internet. Clicking on the Internet Media tab displays an internal browser, enabling you to search the Internet for music and videos. This browser works similarly to Internet Explorer.

To get media from the Internet

  1. Verify that the computer is connected to the Internet.

  2. Click on the Internet Media tab. SIREN launches an internal browser and lists links to downloadable media sites.

  3. Connect to the desired site(s) and download media.

  4. After downloading is complete, go to SIREN's Explore Files tab and access the media storage folder.

  5. Select the newly downloaded media and click Add to Library. SIREN adds the media to the Media Library tab.

If several songs have been downloaded, choose Search Computer for Media from the Options menu. SIREN finds the new media and adds them to the media library.

If SIREN is unable to locate information about the media, it places the song in an Unknown folder for each My Media view. Highlight the media file and manually add information.
