Mac Developer Program members can purchase and schedule time at the Developer Compatibility Labs on a per lab, per day basis.

1. Purchasing and Requesting Lab Time

   To access the scheduling calendar within the Member Center and request a reservation, you must first purchase and activate one or more Single Lab Day Passes.

   • Purchase a Single Lab Day Pass.

     Log in to the Member Center and proceed to the Compatibility Labs section. You will be guided through the steps to complete your purchase through the Apple Online Store.

   • Activate your purchase.

     Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an activation email. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your activation email. You must activate your purchase before you can request time at the Lab.

   • Request the days you would like to reserve.

     Once you have activated your Single Lab Day Pass(es), they will appear in the Compatibility Labs section of the Member Center. From this section, you will also select the days you wish to reserve the Lab using the calendaring system.

2. Confirmation of Lab time

   Once we have processed your request, you will receive a confirmation via email. Reserving Lab time is subject to resources and availability.

Bringing Additional Developers to the Labs

You can bring up to 10 developers to your scheduled time at the Labs. Developers can be from your Mac Developer Program team, employees, or contractors. However, all attendees must be registered as an Apple Developer.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please give us two (2) business days advance notice so that we can accommodate other developers who wish to use the Labs. To cancel your reservation, please contact us at developerlabs@apple.com or by phone at +1-408-862-7175 (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time).
