In a unit of study
that integrated English Language Arts, Geometry and Design, teams
of UCSI students
were given the broad task of designing and building a functional
kite within budget. They also did presentations on their projects
and produced both a technical report on their process and a reflective
essay that included self assessment and peer evaluation of job performance. Click
