  4.                                 License Agreement
  5.         
  6.                              Sedt Editor Version 4.1
  7.         
  8.                 By  this    agreement    LICENSOR,  Anker  Berg-Sonne,  8
  9.         Middlemost Way,  Stow,  MA  01775, hereby grants you, LICENSEE, a
  10.         source license for PRODUCT, Sedt version 4.1.
  11.         
  12.                 This  license grants LICENSEE EITHER  the  right  to  use
  13.         PRODUCT on any number of systems  that  PRODUCT  may be installed
  14.         on, OR to install PRODUCT on one  system  and have it used by any
  15.         number of persons, but only one person may  use  PRODUCT  at  any
  16.         point in time.
  17.         
  18.                 LICENSEE may distribute binary copies of PRODUCT to other
  19.         parties, but must inform the other party that use of PRODUCT must
  20.         be licensed by LICENSOR.
  21.         
  22.                 LICENSEE  agrees to provide  all  modifications  made  by
  23.         LICENSEE to LICENSOR in addition to binary copies of PRODUCT.
  24.         
  25.                 LICENSOR  retains title and ownership of Sedt and all the
  26.         files included in the original distribution.  All source code and
  27.         documentation is also protected by U.S. copyright law.
