  1. 12.   Main Menu
  2.  
  3.              The main menu is invoked by executing SWITCH.EXE or
  4.       SWITCH.BAT.  The <Arrows> and <numbers> keys are used to make a
  5.       selection.  Pressing <Enter> invokes the highlighted selection.
  6.       Pressing <Esc> will terminate Switch.  You are now ready to
  7.       create your first configuration.
