  6.             The file "CORDFORM.ARC" is an archived file which consists
  7.             of the file CORDFORM.DOC and CHANGES.STY.  The "DOC" file is
  8.             a "blank" Change Order Form to use with Microsoft Word.  The
  9.             "blanks" are actually words delimited with  a double "lesser
  10.             than" and "greater than" ("." and "/") symbol to set them
  11.             apart from other parts of the form.  These delimited words
  12.             could be utilized to develop a database as a source of data
  13.             to merge into the document as it is being printed.
  14.             
  15.             The "STY" file is a style sheet which sould be attached to
  16.             the document before printing.  It is designed to allow
  17.             single sheet feed into the printer.  If you choose to print
  18.             forms from continuous form, you may wish to change the top
  19.             and bottom margin settings for the standard division style
  20.             within the style sheet.

  22.             Be sure to view this file with the printer display options
  23.             set both ways.  One setting causes lines to wrap on the
  24.             screen only but allow you to view the entire line on the
  25.             same screen.  The other setting allows lines to run off the
  26.             screen even though they will print on one line.  Neither
  27.             setting affects the way the document prints.

  29.             The PRD file is a printer driver for the NEC P6 which is a 
  30.             twenty-four pin printer.  Any Epson compatable driver should 
  31.             work. However, your printer must be able to print 12 characters 
  32.             per inch.
