The file "CORDFORM.ARC" is an archived file which consists of the file CORDFORM.DOC and CHANGES.STY. The "DOC" file is a "blank" Change Order Form to use with Microsoft Word. The "blanks" are actually words delimited with a double "lesser than" and "greater than" ("." and "/") symbol to set them apart from other parts of the form. These delimited words could be utilized to develop a database as a source of data to merge into the document as it is being printed. The "STY" file is a style sheet which sould be attached to the document before printing. It is designed to allow single sheet feed into the printer. If you choose to print forms from continuous form, you may wish to change the top and bottom margin settings for the standard division style within the style sheet. Be sure to view this file with the printer display options set both ways. One setting causes lines to wrap on the screen only but allow you to view the entire line on the same screen. The other setting allows lines to run off the screen even though they will print on one line. Neither setting affects the way the document prints. The PRD file is a printer driver for the NEC P6 which is a twenty-four pin printer. Any Epson compatable driver should work. However, your printer must be able to print 12 characters per inch. Enjoy.
