  2.   TO_DO version 5 may be distributed freely for trial
  3.   use only as long as it is not modified in any way
  4.   (including modifications resulting from parameter
  5.   installation) and the accompanying files and copyright
  6.   notices remain intact.

  8.   You must install the parameters for your system before
  9.   running TO_DO.  Use the PARAMS program to do that.
  10.   Before installing parameters, you will usually want
  11.   to create a new directory for TO_DO to use for storing
  12.   notes and data files.  The drive and directory information
  13.   for this new directory will be requested by PARAMS.

  15.   If you find TO_DO useful, please send a $20 registration
