  3. A quick DEBUG edit  -  By Simon Burrows

  6. `Issue 32  saw a hex-editor cheat to give yourself several million
  7. `dollars  in   this  sim-city-like   game   of   exploration   and
  8. `monopolisation!   Well, here's  that same  cheat in  the  simpler
  9. `DEBUG form,  plus the  edits required  to furnish  your save-game
  10. `file with maximum tech levels :-
  11.  
  12. `First of  all, load  up Detroit and begin a new game.  As soon as
  13. `the perplexing  game-play gets  too much  for you, save your game
  14. `and quit  back to  DOS.   Now load  DEBUG supplied  with DOS, and
  15. `enter the following lines :-
