A quick DEBUG edit  -  By Simon Burrows


`Issue 32  saw a hex-editor cheat to give yourself several million
`dollars  in   this  sim-city-like   game   of   exploration   and
`monopolisation!   Well, here's  that same  cheat in  the  simpler
`DEBUG form,  plus the  edits required  to furnish  your save-game
`file with maximum tech levels :-

`First of  all, load  up Detroit and begin a new game.  As soon as
`the perplexing  game-play gets  too much  for you, save your game
`and quit  back to  DOS.   Now load  DEBUG supplied  with DOS, and
`enter the following lines :-


~NDETROIT.SAV
~L
~E 0307 FF FF FF
~E 2607 13 13
~E 260F 0D 0D
~E 2617 08 08
~E 261F 0B 0B
~E 2627 06 06
~E 262F 0D 0D
~E 2637 0D 0D
~W
~Q


`The first  'E.....' line  will do  set your money to the maximum,
`and the remainder of 'em will maximise the various tech levels...
