  21.     Arpwatch keeps track of Ethernet/IP address pairings. It syslogs
  22.     activity and reports certain changes via email. Arpwatch uses
  23.     pcap(3) to listen for arp packets on a local Ethernet interface.

  25.     Arpsnmp has the same database features of arpwatch but relies on
  26.     an external agent to collect the arp data. This distribution
  27.     contains a script, arpfetch, that uses snmpwalk from the CMU SNMP
  28.     package.

  38.    Arpwatch relies on libcap, a system-independent interface for

  41.    is also bundled into the arpwatch.tar file on this CD-ROM.
