  5.   CoderPad requires the Microsoft Visual Basic 4.0 32-bit
  6.   runtime file set to function.  It is available seperately
  7.   in order to save a great amount of download time for
  8.   CoderPad updates.

  10.   If you are new to applications requiring the Microsoft
  11.   Visual Basic 4.0 32-bit runtime, then please see the
  12.   CoderPad.hlp help file for important information about
  13.   the requirements for CoderPad!

  15.   If you are also new to help files, then note you don't
  16.   have to run an application to be able to read its help
  17.   file.  Simply double-click on the CoderPad.hlp file
  18.   like you would to open any other file, and the Windows
  19.   Help application should open it for you.
