CoderPad for 32-bit Windows
  Version 1.0 Preview

  CoderPad requires the Microsoft Visual Basic 4.0 32-bit
  runtime file set to function.  It is available seperately
  in order to save a great amount of download time for
  CoderPad updates.

  If you are new to applications requiring the Microsoft
  Visual Basic 4.0 32-bit runtime, then please see the
  CoderPad.hlp help file for important information about
  the requirements for CoderPad!

  If you are also new to help files, then note you don't
  have to run an application to be able to read its help
  file.  Simply double-click on the CoderPad.hlp file
  like you would to open any other file, and the Windows
  Help application should open it for you.
