  3.   You asked us to give you an "automatic" update for the
  4. list of back issues you received with ODM INDEXER (also
  5. published as ODM Librarian). You said you didn't want to
  6. have to type it in yourself. Guess what--we listened and
  7. have responded!
  8.  
  9.   This ODM INDEXER update file (ODMISSU5.BID) contains
  10. information on issues published since ODM Indexer was last
  11. published (issue #77). You'll receive a similar update every
  12. three months (quarterly).
  13.  
  14.   You may merge this file with the Back Issues file that you
  15. received with your copy of ODM INDEXER, thereby keeping it
  16. up-to-date. If you own ODM Librarian, this file may
  17. duplicate some entries. Be sure to check the ending issue
  18. number by accessing "About This Catalog" and then delete any
  19. duplicate issues.

  22.    HOW TO UPDATE YOUR COPY OF ODM INDEXER (ODM LIBRARIAN)

  24. STEP ONE - Copy ODMISSU5.BID to the directory where your
  25. copy of ODM Indexer (or Librarian) and Indexer files are
  26. located.
  27. STEP TWO - Run ODM Indexer (or Librarian), choose "Load a
  28. Catalog," then select ODMISSUE.BID (the file you received
  29. with the program).
  30. STEP THREE - Choose "Merge a Catalog," ODMISSU5.BID, and
  31. press a key to merge the two files.
  32. STEP FOUR - Choose "About This Catalog" and change the
  33. ending issue number to "81," followed by Save the
  34. Description (F4) to update the description.
  35. STEP FIVE - "Leave ODM Indexer" and delete ODMISSU5.BID.
