  6. Cribbage is one of those games that many of us have known since childhood.  Our
  7. editor, Val Golding, remembers that his parents taught him the game many years
  8. ago, when he was a boy of seven staying at the hospital after a tonsillectomy.
  9.  
  10. No matter how old you are though, CRIBBAGE SQUARES is sure to challenge you.
  11. The game is played on a 4 X 4 grid.  The player (or players) draws 16 cards
  12. one at a time from a deck, placing them on the grid so that different scoring
  13. combinations are formed.  To make things even tougher, each card must be
  14. played within a certain time limit (5-60 seconds in this program) or a penalty
  15. is assessed.

  18. that can be accessed from the program's main menu. These instructions will
  19. tell you all you need to know about scoring and strategy.
