Opening Format
Welcome to the 12th issue of CTM. Yes, with this issue we have
published for one year. When I first started I did not expect the
response I received. We have surpassed 100 known BBSs that receive
CTM each month.
I have included an Index file with this issue. It shows the contents
of each issue. Extract the file named MASTER.IND. It is a plain
ASCII text file.
This month we look at software, hardware and CDs. I recently
received the new MS Mouse. My review of that is here. We have a
guest writer this month, Shreyas Shah, who reviewed Falcon AT.
The other hardware we look at: Sound Blaster 16 and WinStorm CD-ROM
Kit. Software includes: Paradox, MS Windows Printing System and
Corel Draw 3.0, which are all Windows products. Word for Word for
both DOS and Windows, Presentation Task Force for: DOS, Windows and
OS/2.In our Shareware section there is an announcement about the new
TagLine Xpress and Software Creations line of products.
On the CD side we look at: Grammy Awards and Jazz: A Multimedia
History. We also look at Compton's Interactive Encyclopedia for
Windows. All were impressive packages.
Time to start working on the anniversary issue. Due to PC Expo in
NYC, June 29-July 1, the next issue will be released in early July,
to allow me to give you the up to the minute events of the show.
Until next month, may all your formats be successful.
