  1. The driving test is in two parts: the theory test and the practical test. You can study for
  2. the theory test whilst you are learning to drive. You must however pass the theory test before
  3. you take the practical test.

  12. If you fulfil the minimum conditions, the Driver Vehicle Licensing Centre at Swansea will send you
  13. a provisional licence within 21 days.
  14. If you are receiving Disability Living Allowance you are allowed to start driving at 16 years old.

  19. from driving or two penalty points.
