  2. STEER  TO  THE  MIDDLE  OF  THE  LANE

  4. In previous driving sessions you were asked to steer
  5. the car to the middle of this side of the road. Later in
  6. the sessions the car position was checked to see if
  7. you had obeyed. If you hadn't you were made to do the
  8. session again.
  9.  
  10. From now onwards you will no longer be asked to
  11. steer the car to the middle of this side of the road.
  12. But the car position will still be checked. This change
  13. of policy assumes that you have learnt this issue.

  17. CHECK MIRRORS WHEN ENTERING A NEW ROAD
  18.  
  19. In previous driving sessions you were asked to check
  20. the mirrors straight after entering a new road, having
  21. passed through a junction.  Later in the session there
  22. was a check to see if you had obeyed.  If you didn't,
  23. you were made to do the session again.

  25. From now onwards you will no longer be asked to
  26. check your mirrors when you enter a new road. But
  27. your response will still be checked.  This change
  28. of policy assumes that you have learnt this issue.

  38. prepared", the learner is performing her P.O.M.
  39. routine.
