  3.                         GET A GOOD WORD PROCESSOR

  5.             In addition to  a  good  TEXT  EDITOR  (see  previous
  6.             chapter on DOS SHELL) you also need a simple, precise
  7.             and   reliable   ASCII   COMPATIBLE  WORD  PROCESSING
  8.             PROGRAM.  I have found that GALAXY-LITE is  the  best
  9.             for me.  I am typing this book using it right now. It
  10.             is  non-complicated  and  user friendly!  It has many
  11.             useful features such as: macros, spell  checker,  and
  12.             changeable  screen/text  colors....   I  wouldn't  be
  13.             without it.  The bigger programs are nice if you  are
  14.             writing  "War  and Peace"!  But for the documents you
  15.             need to put on your board, this one is the best.

  17.             There is also a program called QEDIT  -  which  is  a
  18.             .bat file maker.  It is like a text editor, but it is
  19.             used mainly to create batch files on the fly!  I have
  20.             it  in  my path so all I need do is type "Q" and I am
  21.             making a batch file instantly!
