CodeMatch is for programmers who must, on occasion, compare two
source files for minor differences while ignoring or including
comments, preprocessor directives, space-character and nonprintable
ASCII characters, and character case differences. CodeMatch works
with C/C++, Pascal, Basic, Assembly, Clipper, and dBase.
This packet should contain the following files:
cmatch.exe cmatch.doc cmatch.hlp
cmatch.dat register.doc readme.doc
sharewar.doc file_id.diz sample1.c
sample2.c
QUICK TEST OF CodeMatch:
If you wish to sample CodeMatch immediately type at the DOS prompt:
"CMATCH SAMPLE1.C SAMPLE2.C"
Use the F1 help screens to navigate the screen. The two files have
two code differences, two comment differences, two space character
differences, and one preprocessor directive difference. See the
results on screen and in the output file SAMPLE1.CDM. Sorry, but
I only provided sample files for C language.
For more details, instructions and registration information, please
see CMATCH.DOC.
DISTRIBUTION POLICY
If you distribute CodeMatch to friends, associates, or to a computer
bulletin board system (BBS), please distribute the file CDMTCH10.ZIP.
Thanks,
Greg Marston
